🔄 RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

We want you to love your purchase! If something isn’t right, here’s how we handle returns and refunds:

Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving your order.

 

To qualify:

  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

 

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you by email.

If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping costs from the original order are non-refundable.

Exchanges

If you received the wrong item or a damaged/defective product, we’ll gladly send you a replacement at no additional cost.

Exchanges are only available for the same product (if stock is available).

Order Issues & Damages

Please inspect your order upon arrival.

If your item is missing, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at monkeykeycaps@gmail.com with photos, and we’ll resolve it quickly.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet, first check your bank account or contact your credit card provider.
