How long does it take to process my order?

Orders are processed within 2–4 business days (Monday–Friday). Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number by email.

 

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

We can only make changes or cancellations if your order hasn’t been processed yet. Contact us at monkeykeycaps@gmail.com as soon as possible.

 

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship worldwide 🌍. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.

 

How long does shipping take?

Estimated delivery times:

  • Domestic (within UK): 3–7 business days

  • International: 7–21 business days (may vary depending on customs)

 

Are your keycaps handmade?

Yes! Each monkey keycap is carefully crafted with attention to detail, so every piece is slightly unique.

 

Will the keycaps fit my keyboard?

Our keycaps are designed for MX-style mechanical switches (the most common type). If you’re unsure, feel free to contact us before ordering.

 

What if my keycap arrives damaged?

If your item arrives damaged or defective, email us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll replace it at no cost.

 

Can I return my keycap if I change my mind?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, as long as the keycap is unused and in its original packaging. Custom-made items are final sale unless defective.

 

How long do refunds take?

Once we receive your return, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
